At DeRose Health, we stand behind our products. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases, subject to the terms below.
Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be initiated and received within 90 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, all bottles from the order must be returned, including opened and unopened bottles.

The 90-day guarantee applies to one purchase per product per customer.

If a customer has already received a refund for a product, any subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for additional refunds, even if returned.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.

When returning your order:

Include all bottles (opened and unopened)

Include your name and/or order number

Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are received within the 90-day return window.
Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed if the return meets eligibility requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.

If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee may apply.

We do not guarantee receipt of returned items. If you are returning items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Policy Enforcement
DeRose Health reserves the right to:

Deny refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above

Refuse refunds in cases of repeated returns, abuse of the guarantee, or policy violations
