90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At DeRose Health, we stand behind our products. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases, subject to the terms below.


Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be initiated and received within 90 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, all bottles from the order must be returned, including opened and unopened bottles.

  • The 90-day guarantee applies to one purchase per product per customer.

    • If a customer has already received a refund for a product, any subsequent purchases of the same product are not eligible for additional refunds, even if returned.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.


How to Return Your Product

When returning your order:

  • Include all bottles (opened and unopened)

  • Include your name and/or order number

  • Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are received within the 90-day return window.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.


Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed if the return meets eligibility requirements.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.

  • If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.


Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items. If you are returning items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Policy Enforcement

DeRose Health reserves the right to:

  • Deny refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above

  • Refuse refunds in cases of repeated returns, abuse of the guarantee, or policy violations

  • Update or modify this policy at any time to ensure fair use
